Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Ground meat
  • 3 stalk Leek
  • 700 ml Water
  • 3 Broth cubes
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 1 Crème fraîche
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Nutmeg
  • to taste Garlic powder
  • to taste Onion powder

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the oil into a large pot and fry the ground meat until it is browned. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the chopped leek and fry about 5 more minutes until the leek is softened.

Pour in the water and add the broth cubes. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Stir in the cream cheese and crème fraîche until well combined. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
